Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Vegan butter
  • 3 medium Apples
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted vegan butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Peel, core, and slice the apples. In a separate bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice and cornstarch.
  5. Spread the apple mixture evenly over the crust in the baking dish.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
