Ingredients
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Cabbage
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 150 gram Mushrooms
  • 100 gram Snow peas
  • 100 gram Broccoli
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, mushrooms, snow peas, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and water. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
