Ingredients
  • 2 cup Corn kernels
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Silken tofu
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions
Instructions
  1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add the corn kernels and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg.
  4. Slowly pour the whisked egg into the simmering soup, stirring gently to create ribbons.
  5. Add the silken tofu, salt, and white pepper. Stir gently and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve hot.
