  • 15 ounce Cannellini beans
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 slice Baguette
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend cannellini beans, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  4. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  5. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  7. Spread the cannellini bean mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.
