Ingredients
  • 200 gram Cashews
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, vanilla extract, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Add the cashews to the saucepan and stir to coat them with the syrup.
  4. Transfer the cashews to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cashews are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the candied cashews cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, break apart any clumps and serve.
