Ingredients
  • 2 cup Acorn Squash
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Slice the squash into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Place the acorn squash slices in a baking dish and pour the sugar mixture over them.
  6. Toss the squash slices to coat them evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and caramelized.
