Ingredients
  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Place the potatoes on a large piece of aluminum foil. Fold the foil to create a packet, sealing the potatoes inside.
  5. Place the foil packet on the grill and cook for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender, flipping the packet halfway through.
  6. Carefully open the foil packet and let the potatoes rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the potatoes before serving.
