  • 1 cup Non-dairy milk
  • 1 piece Chamomile tea bag
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Heat the non-dairy milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chamomile tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bag and stir in honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Continue heating until the latte is hot but not boiling.
