Ingredients
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 100 gram Snow peas
  • 100 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snow peas, and mushrooms to the pan.
  4. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well to coat.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
