  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
