Ingredients
  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
