Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together Cajun seasoning, maple syrup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the mushrooms in the skillet and stir well to coat.
  5. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are glazed and tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let the mushrooms rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
