  • 4 medium-sized Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
