Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy paste
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 cup Croutons
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, anchovy paste, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
  4. Serve with croutons for dipping.
