  • 500 gram Cabbage
  • 50 gram Besan Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add besan flour and roast until golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  4. Stir well and add cabbage.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes until cabbage is tender.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  7. Serve hot.
