  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 3 medium Carrots
  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 1 stalk Leek
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 leaf Bay leaves
  • 2 sprig Thyme
  • 2 sprig Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Peppercorns
  • 6 cup Water
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add the cabbage, carrots, potatoes, leek, onion, garlic, bay leaves, thyme, parsley, salt, and peppercorns.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with crusty bread.
