Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cabbage
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Carrot
  • 2 piece Potato
  • 4 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 2 piece Bay Leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add sliced carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in diced potatoes and cabbage.
  5. Add vegetable stock, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove bay leaves.
  8. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream and garnish with fresh dill.
