  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the cabbage into wedges, leaving the core intact.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush the cabbage wedges with the olive oil mixture.
  5. Place the cabbage wedges on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until charred and tender.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
