  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 2 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 2 chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add curry leaves and green chilies.
  2. Add cabbage, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add grated coconut and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
