Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cabbage
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Onion
  • 2 teaspoon Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 piece Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 10 gram Fresh dill
  • 4 tablespoon Sour cream
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
  2. Add grated carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato paste and stir well.
  4. Add chopped cabbage, potatoes, bay leaves, salt, black pepper, sugar, and vinegar. Pour enough water to cover the ingredients.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh dill and a dollop of sour cream.
