  • 500 gram Cabbage
  • 400 gram Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add cabbage and tomatoes, and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cover and simmer for another 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
