  • 2 cup Basil leaves
  • 1 cup Parsley leaves
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine basil leaves, parsley leaves, garlic cloves, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend on high speed while slowly adding olive oil until a smooth paste is formed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
