  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 4 small Hot Peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Cook until onion turns translucent.
  2. Add sliced carrots and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Add green beans, bell pepper, and hot peppers. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
