Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bulgur
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden.
  2. Add bulgur and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
