Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bulgur
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Add the bulgur and stir for a minute to coat it with the oil.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan.
  4. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the bulgur is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff the bulgur pilaf with a fork and stir in the parsley and lemon juice.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
