Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon Buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
