Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Chickpeas
  • 4 tablespoon Buffalo Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 stalk Celery
  • 2 stalk Green Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 8 slice Bread
  • 4 leaf Lettuce
  • 4 slice Tomato
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
  2. Add buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, celery, green onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. Spread the chickpea salad mixture onto 4 slices of bread.
  5. Top with lettuce and tomato slices.
  6. Cover with the remaining bread slices.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
