Ingredients
  • 500 gram Brussels sprouts
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the Brussels sprouts in the mustard sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
