Ingredients
  • 500 gram Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 cup Red Grapes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, until crispy and golden.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the grapes, balsamic vinegar, and honey.
  6. After removing the Brussels sprouts from the oven, add the grape mixture to the baking sheet and toss to combine.
  7. Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve as a side dish or as a main course with your favorite protein.
