Ingredients
  • 500 gram Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  2. Boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
  4. Add the mustard and stir well.
  5. Add the Brussels sprouts and vegetable stock. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
