Ingredients
  • 500 gram Brussels sprouts
  • 2 teaspoon Gochujang paste
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the Gochujang paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
  5. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot as a side dish or appetizer.
