Ingredients
  • 4 slice Baguette
  • 1 can White beans
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
  2. In a bowl, combine the white beans, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cherry tomatoes (halved), chopped basil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Remove the baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly. Then, top each slice with a spoonful of the white bean mixture.
  5. Serve the bruschetta with white beans immediately and enjoy!
