Ingredients
  • 4 slice Baguette
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 10 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into thin slices.
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and finely chop the garlic.
  4. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Once the baguette slices are toasted, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. Top each baguette slice with a spoonful of the tomato mixture.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
