Ingredients
  • 4 slice Baguette
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 8 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or toaster.
  2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. Brush each slice with olive oil.
  4. Grill or toast the slices until golden brown.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
  6. Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the tomatoes.
  7. Tear the basil leaves into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
  8. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the tomato mixture.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
  12. Serve immediately.
