Ingredients
  • 250 gram Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Baguette
  • 2 piece Garlic Cloves
  • 20 gram Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or toaster.
  2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. Grill or toast the bread until golden brown.
  4. Cut the garlic cloves in half and rub them on one side of each bread slice.
  5. Dice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
  6. Tear the basil leaves into small pieces and add them to the tomatoes.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the tomato mixture and season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the garlic-rubbed side of each bread slice.
  10. Serve immediately.
