Ingredients
  • 4 slice Baguette
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 8 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. In the meantime, dice the tomatoes and finely chop the garlic.
  5. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped garlic, basil leaves, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Remove the toasted bread from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  7. Rub each bread slice with a garlic clove for added flavor.
  8. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the bread slices.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
