  • 1 cup Brown Rice

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
