  • 4 banana Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. In a bowl, combine oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Slice the bananas lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the bananas.
  5. Broil for 5-7 minutes until the topping is golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
