  • 500 gram Broccoli
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and steam them until tender.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and add minced garlic. Cook until golden brown.
  4. Add breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Toast until golden and crispy.
  5. Place the steamed broccoli on a baking sheet and sprinkle the toasted garlic crumbs on top.
