Ingredients
  • 500 gram Broccoli
  • 4 piece Shallots
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the broccoli into florets and cut the shallots into wedges.
  3. Toss the broccoli, shallots, and mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and lightly browned.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
