Ingredients
  • 300 gram Broccoli
  • 1 bulb Fennel
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Slice the fennel bulb and red bell pepper into thin strips.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced fennel and red bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Add the blanched broccoli florets to the pan. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drizzle lemon juice over the vegetables and toss to combine.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
