Ingredients
  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop the broccoli into small florets.
  2. Finely chop the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
