Ingredients
  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 small Red onion
  • 4 slice Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop the broccoli into small florets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise.
  3. Dice the red onion and bacon, and shred the cheddar cheese.
  4. Add the chopped broccoli, red onion, bacon, cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds to the bowl.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Mix everything together until well combined.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
