Ingredients
  • 400 gram Broccoli
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  2. Finely chop the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
