Ingredients
  • 300 gram Broccoli
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 gram Sunflower seeds
  • 50 gram Dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  2. Finely chop the red onion.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, red onion, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
