  • 300 gram Broccoli
  • 300 gram Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
