Ingredients
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 200 gram Bell Peppers
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
