Ingredients
  • 4 cup Kale
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and remove the tough stems. Chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add the red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir.
  5. Add the chopped kale to the skillet and toss to coat it with the seasoned oil mixture.
  6. Cover the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the kale wilts and becomes tender.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
