Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 0.5 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 0.5 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup Dried Fruits (e.g., Cranberries, Raisins)
  • 1 cup Yogurt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and coconut flakes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Mix in dried fruits.
  9. Serve with yogurt. Enjoy!
