Ingredients
  • 4 cup Turnip Greens
  • 2 medium Turnips
  • 2 medium Apples
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the turnip greens.
  2. Peel and dice the turnips and apples.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add turnip greens, turnips, and apples to the skillet.
  6. Stir in vegetable broth, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the turnips are tender.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
